How do I post a load?
Click “Post a load” and log in or sign up as a shipper. Enter the route, dates and load specifications, then publish your listing.
How do I find a suitable load?
Open the load catalogue. Set the origin and destination cities and, if needed, the loading date. Review the specifications and requirements on the load’s page.
Do I need an account?
You can browse the catalogues without logging in. Posting loads, adding vehicles and submitting offers require an account with the relevant activity enabled. You can enable both activities.
How do I contact the other party?
Open a participant’s profile from a load or offer and check their available contact details. Carriers can also submit a price and comment using the offer form.
How much does the service cost?
Service pricing has not yet been published on this page. The price in a carrier’s offer is the price of the shipment.
Who agrees on the price and terms?
The shipper and carrier do. An offer includes the price, currency and comment. Before accepting it, confirm the dates, loading arrangements, payment and other important details.
How do I contact support?
Support contact details will be added once confirmed by the TapYol team. For now, this page provides instructions for posting and finding listings.
